Course Requirements & Admission Criteria
All courses offered by us have specific requirements that must be met prior to admission.

General Admission Requirements

• All applicants must complete an online registration form and submit a reference.
• To apply, choose your desired course and click the “Enroll Now” button.
• Registration will be considered complete only after both the registration form and reference are received.
• Courses are conducted in English/Hindi, unless otherwise stated. Applicants must have sufficient proficiency in English to study Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books and participate effectively.
• Admission to any course requires:

1. Good sādhana 
2. Brahminical tendencies
3. Engagement in voluntary service
4. Proficiency in English/Hindi
5. A recommendation / character reference from a senior devotee who knows the applicant well

• Assessment criteria include attendance and personal conduct.

Course-Specific Requirements

Bhakti-śāstrī
(Applicable to all Śāstric and BOEX-approved (ISKCON Board of Examinations) Title Courses)
Applicants must:
• Chant 16 rounds of japa daily and strictly follow the four regulative principles
• Be recommended by an ISKCON authority who knows the applicant well and can certify favorable engagement in the preaching mission of Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu for at least the previous 12 months
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Read the following five books at least once before the course begins:
1. Bhagavad-gītā As It Is
2. Nectar of Devotion
3. Nectar of Instruction
4. Īśopaniṣad
5. Śrīla Prabhupāda-līlāmṛta
Registration may be accepted based on the applicant’s assurance that these books will be read prior to the course. Since the course is interactive and discussion-based, prior reading is essential for meaningful participation and benefit.

Bhaktivaibhava – Module 1
• Must meet all Bhakti-śāstrī requirements
• Must have successfully completed a BOEX-approved Bhakti-śāstrī Course

Bhaktivaibhava – Module 2
• Must meet all Bhaktivaibhava Module 1 requirements
• Must have successfully completed Bhaktivaibhava Module 1

Bhaktivedanta – Modules 1–4
• Must meet all Pre-Qualifying Course requirements
• Must have successfully completed the Pre-Qualifying Course

VTE Teacher Training Course – Level 2
• Must have successfully completed VTE Teacher Training Course – Level 1

Bhakti-śāstrī Teacher Training Course

• Must have successfully completed:

        o A BOEX-approved Bhakti-śāstrī Course, and
        o VTE Teacher Training Course – Level 1
